Day 274- Backyard Picnic

Today was day 3 of having the 3 kids.  It was not too hard, for the most part.  We all got up, got dressed, ate breakfast, and were out the door by a little after 8.  I had to drop Matthew off at preschool by 9.  So, here we go into preschool- me with one baby on each hip.  Then back in the car.  I decided to go see Grandmommie, instead of going home for a couple hours.  So, out of the car again.  This time I carried Emma and held Alaina’s hand.  A slow process but less weight.  We finally made it up to her room.  The girls were not good!  They cried and threw fits.  Back to the car.  I carried both girls back in to pick up Matthew.  Then back to the car again.  We went through the drive-thru at Chick-fil-a, and finally to the picture- we had a picnic when we got home.  While we were eating, I got a phone call and had to go meet someone.  So, back in the car again.  Luckily, all three decided to take naps on this trip.  Melanie and Chris were home later this afternoon, and I started to pack for our trip to the beach.

Day 273- Sweet Faces

They look so sweet together.  Don’t let them fool you!

Day 272- A Day at Home

We got to spend the day at home today, waiting for Matthew and Emma to come stay with us.  They are staying until Tues. afternoon.  This always makes for an eventful time.

Day 271- Field Trip

We had a class field trip to our instructor’s house and got to take lots of pictures.  We had some energetic models.  I will have more of these to post soon, I hope.  I am getting behind in posting.

Day 270- Jayce and Anna Wedding

I got to shoot a wedding today with Nicole .  I haven’t had a chance to play with any pictures yet, but here’s a quick cake shot.

Day 269- Texture

I’m experimenting with different textures.  It works on some pictures.  I think I like how it looks on this one.  Also my new Nikon 50 mm lens.

Day 268- Guilty

Does this look like a guilty face or what?  Our screen door was starting to tear away from the edge a little.  It may have something to do with Alaina leaning on it.  I knew it wouldn’t make it much longer.  I heard Alaina starting to whine by the door.  I thought she was getting antsy to go outside.  I looked over, and she was outside.  She was standing on the other side of the screen, crying.  She thought she was in trouble.

Day 267- Here Kitty, Kitty

This is how Alaina calls the cats.  She clicks her tongue and rubs her fingers together.  Actually she calls any animal or person like this.  She was calling another baby and the waiter at lunch one day.

Day 266- Splash!

Alaina loves bath time!  She likes for Daddy to give her her bath.  She is learning to squirt her bath toys and get him wet.

Day 266- Trash-the-dress Session

I had so much fun today with some local photographers.  We went out with this “bride and groom” and took pictures in some really pretty gardens and around Market Square.  They were lots of fun and great models!  We got lots of funny looks, but it was worth it.  I have a few more up on my flickr page.  Just click the picture below to find my other pictures.  I will be posting more pictures soon.
